Coconut Ice Cream Recipe:
Ingredients
1 cup white milk (We use D milk)
1 can cream of coconut
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups coconut flakes (optional)
Making Directions:
Mix the milk and cream of coconut in a blender for a few minutes.
Next, stir in the heavy cream and the coconut flake.
Pour into a ice cream maker.
Set according to machines recommendations.
